Cimarron has deep experience creating and growing partnerships in the credit union and community banking verticals, is a TechStars mentor, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Bob was the founder of Bassett Capital Group after 25 years at The Kessler Group and Citigroup. He is widely considered one of the top credit card industry experts. Bob completed over $50B in credit card and loan portfolio acquisitions across hundreds of programs. In addition to his M&A expertise, Bob is an advisor to and board member of several fintech and payments companies. His familiarity with product and service category leaders allows him to make credit union and bank introductions at the highest levels. Bob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University

He has worked at a top 5 lender supporting massive loan and credit card application volumes across consumer and small business lending use cases. He has experience working within enterprise and startup teams of various sizes, in Agile and Agile SAFe environments. Stephen holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
Elizabeth is an impact investor with experience across public and private markets in venture capital, private wealth and investment banking. She lead’s CMFG's Discovery Fund, which focuses on early stage fintech companies led by underrepresented founders. CMFG Ventures is the venture capital arm of CUNA Mutual Group. The fund focuses on fintech companies that help improve the financial wellness of individuals, primarily through the credit unions that serve them. Elizabeth has a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Doug is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for TruStage Ventures and brings ~30 years of experience in fintech. He currently leads business development and technology advisory activities with Ventures portfolio companies, TruStage Fintech Solutions, and internal TruStage lending teams. Prior to TruStage, Doug spent 17 years as the VP of Business Development with MeridianLink and also spent 11 years with Fannie Mae as the Director of eBusiness Client Services Doug has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Jeff served as the New York State President of Bank of America for 20+ years. As Segment Executive for Bank of America’s Metro Markets, ~$60 Million of valuable community support was delivered annually by Jeff and his team. Jeff represented BoA on the board of the New York Bankers’ Association for over 25 years and served as its’ Chairman in 2018. Jeff is a graduate of Cornell University, where he achieved a BA, and then earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jason is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Vectr Fintech Partners and has served as a Venture Partner for Vectr Ventures since 2014. Jason is a San Francisco-based technology entrepreneur who co-authored the crowdfund-investing framework used in the JOBS Act to legalize securities-based crowdfunding in the US. Prior work includes time as an executive team member of 2 successful healthcare startups.
